If you are not 100% satisfied with your JD Sports purchase, you can return your items within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place your items back into their original packaging or a secure mailing box, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or JD Sports retail store to complete the return process and receive your tracking receipt.
